mavizebra supports teachers as agents of change and positive role-models for others.

Our aim is to encourage a community of teachers, working together to improve education, supported by local and international expertise. 

• Our Leaders in Education events bring you local and international speakers in collaboration with the British Council and local teachers associations. These update teachers of English with developments in language education and expose them to the most recent techniques.

• We represent Pilgrims in Turkey to bring you their well-known team of trainers and to offer you places on their internationally recognised summer courses in the UK. Each year Pilgrims trains 1,000 teachers from all around Europe at the University of Kent at Canterbury. Many of them attend a one or two week course with the help of an EU grant. We can help you apply for a grant to help finance your attendance on a training course of your choice.

• Application for an EU grant to attend a course this summer must be made by 30 March '07.
