non-native teachers of English and other subjects. Course Summary How often are we challenged in our teaching,
facilitation, or leadership not because we don’t know our field
of expertise, but because we are unsure of what makes groups work and
how to bring about that precious quality: real work? Much of teaching
and facilitation lies in the realm of the relational. Though little
is written on this, it can be learnt and understood. What are the key course contents? Topics include: Managing conflict
and orchestrating difference Empowerment:

and changing interaction patterns : The Parent, Adult and Child within The recognition

those who want to apply this therapeutic approach to their work. Funding Participants may apply for an EU grant to fund tuition, travel, accommodation and subsistence. Applications for grants must be submitted by 30 March 2007. You need to reserve your place before applying for your grant. You do not pay anything if you are not awarded a grant.
